An award-winning, high performance REALTOR®, Caitlin Boyle has earned an irrefutable track record of success, making wins happen for both buyers and sellers in the Lompoc area. 

Originally from San Luis Obispo, Caitlin began her career in retail management, working for some of the country’s most well-known brands in top urban retail markets including Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. In 2012, she and her husband moved to Lompoc and opened CrossFit Ohana. Both her retail and fitness industry experiences provided her the opportunity to hone her discipline and skill with people, processes, teamwork, and strategy in fast-paced, customer service focused environments.

Her strength as a REALTOR® is her unique ability to listen and understand her clients’ needs in order to bring people together, matching buyers and sellers on the central coast, a thriving wine, beach, and art community she’s known her entire life. That geographic expertise paired with her approach has allowed her to be agile in matching a strategy with a market, create solutions calmly under pressure, and grow value for all parties. 

As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Caitlin works regularly with active duty servicemen and servicewomen or veterans.

Caitlin is an athlete, hiker, and yogi, artist and certified Life Coach; most importantly, she’s mom to a wonderful daughter and the family’s Bernedoodles, Henry and Archie.
